To make accessing the event quicker, delegates who register before the deadlines set out below will be sent their delegate badge in the post and will be able to enter the event without having to queue to print their badge.

Deadlines for receiving your badge in the post are as follows:

For Best Practice Birmingham & Respiratory Health: 15th September 2026

For Best Practice London & Women's Health: 8th February 2027

We appreciate that the postal service can experience delays. If you registered before the deadline and don't receive your badge in the post, don't worry, all registered delegates (regardless of when they registered) will receive a 'badge reminder email' 1-2 days before the show.

This email will contain your unique badge reference code; which can be used to print your badge onsite at the event, as well as a 'print at home' version of your badge; which you can print and bring with you to avoid queuing onsite to print your badge.

012

To get the most out of your time at the event, we strongly suggest that you plan your visit in advance.

The best way to do this is my downloading the official event App.

With the app, you can view the full conference schedule and bookmark all the sessions you want to attend. Bookmarking sessions doesn't guarantee you a seat but it creates a schedule so that you know where you need to be and when, and don't miss those important sessions.

You can also view the full exhibitor list and bookmark the exhibitors that you are interested in visiting so that you can plan your journey around the exhibition floor.

The app also allows you to connect with other attendees as well as request meetings with exhibitors.

You can find more information on the Best Practice London & Women's Health App here.

Yes, absolutely!

All of our conference programmes are CPD accredited and you will be entitled to claim CPD hours/points for each session you attend.

We also issue attendance certificates to all attendees so even if you don't attend a session, you can claim CPD hours/points for being at the event (subject to the rules of your CPD reviewing body).

014

Both CPD and Attendance certificates are emailed to all confirmed attendees within 6 weeks of the event closing.

Please understand that it takes many weeks after the show to finalise the CPD accreditation process and to confirm the days and sessions each attendee visited so please refrain from contacting us about CPD certificates during this 6-week post-event period.

015

Please wait the full 6 weeks after the show before contacting us.

If, after 6 weeks you haven't received an email with your CPD and Attendance certificates, firstly, check your spam/junk folder in case it's in there.

If the email isn't in your spam/junk folder then please contact us: marketing@bestpracticeshow.co.uk

016

If you can't see all the sessions you attended on your CPD certificate then please contact us at: marketing@bestpracticeshow.co.uk

Please be aware that we can only use the name that you used on your delegate badge for your CPD and attendance certificates.
