We are delighted to offer free delegate passes (worth £799+VAT) to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other relevant decision-makers (ORDMs) working directly for the NHS in a general practice and/or primary care setting.
Additionally, free passes are available for relevant HCPs and ORDMs working in private practice in a primary care capacity.
HCPs can access the exhibition floor and all conference sessions. ORDMs can access the exhibition and conference, with the exception of conference sessions that are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.
ORDMs are advised not to engage with pharmaceutical exhibiting companies.
Social care staff are not allowed to attend.

Practice leaders
GP partners, practice managers / directors, business managers / directors, assistant practice managers, digital transformation leads, operations and finance leads.
Practice clinicians
General practitioners, dispensing doctors, GP pharmacists, registered trainee GPs, practice nurses, PCN pharmacists, practice pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, clinical ARRS roles.
Specialist clinical roles
GPwERs in women's health, GPwERs in respiratory health, clinical nurse specialists, advanced clinical practitioners, respiratory nurse specialists, physiologists, pulmonologists, respiratory physiotherapists, matrons, midwives.
Other clinical roles
Registered trainee doctors, registered trainee nurses, other doctor and nurse roles (not already listed). Specialists in: breast care, endocrinology, obstetrics and gynaecology, infertility, reproductive health, sexual health, urogynaecology.
Non-clinical roles
Practice administration, academic / research, federation staff, ARRS roles (not already listed).
Important Notice
Students
Best Practice London & Women's Health Professional Care is sponsored by pharmaceutical organisations and contains prescribing information, therefore undergraduate students are not permitted to attend the event to comply with the ABPI code of practice. In order to attend this event, you will need to be a trainee healthcare professional with a registered training number or equivalent.
Paid Registrations
Who can pay for a ticket:
Commercial delegates
Anyone, regardless of whether they are a UK-registered HCP or ORDM, working for a commercial company that supplies products or services to the general practice or primary healthcare sectors.
International delegates
Any non-UK-registered healthcare professonal or any non-UK-based other relevant decision maker - regardless of whether they work within a recognised healthcare system or they provide products and services to a healthcare system.
Important Notice
International delegates and commercial companies
If you reside outside the UK, are not a UK-registered healthcare professional, or work for a commercial company, you will not qualify for a free ticket but can purchase a pass.
International delegate and commercial passes are priced at £799+VAT. Your paid delegate badge will provide you access to both the exhibition and conference - with the exception of pharmaceutical exhibiting companies and conference sessions sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.
Please note that international and commercial delegates will be invoiced £799+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals. To ensure only healthcare professionals apply for complimentary passes, we ask for you to sign a disclaimer agreement at the beginning of the registration form.
Please also note that all paid registrations are subject to an additional transaction fee of £4 per transaction.
International delegates can request an invitation letter for visa purposes when purchasing their international delegate pass for an additional fee of £99+VAT. Invitation letters will only be issued to those who have purchased an international delegate pass and paid the invitation letter charge.
