The code states that members of the general public (including press), who are not UK registered healthcare professionals should not be exposed to prescribing information.

This means that the following restrictions are placed on press/media attending our events:

- Press/media are not allowed to attend or report on any conference sessions sponsored by pharmaceutical companies:
- Press/media are not allowed to engage or interact with pharmaceutical companies exhibiting at the show.
- All press/media will need to be accompanied by the event organiser for the duration of their time within the event.
- Press/media are not allowed to interview any representatives of exhibiting pharmaceutical companies or speakers of pharmaceutical sponsored sessions.
- Press/media are not allowed to photograph or video any pharmaceutical company stands, literature, branding, or anything else related to pharma.

The organisers will supply all press/media with a press pack in advance of the event and assist with any interview requests they have.
